This study looks at the Book of Revelation from the Futurist Standpoint. Chapters two and three, the seven churches, cover the present Church age. Beginning with chapter four all of the remaining book of Revelation is still future. In this study the Book of Revelation will be taken literally and show that it is written in chronological order. In preparing this study the author has sought with fear and trembling to clearly present the mind of Christ as revealed in the Book of Revelation, keeping in mind the curse to which every expositor of this great Book could expose himself to. Revelation 22:18-19 is very clear: “I warn everyone who hears the words of the prophecy of this book: If anyone adds anything to them, God will add to him the plagues described in this book. And if anyone takes words away from this book of prophecy, God will take away from him his share in the tree of life and in the holy city, which are described in this book.”
